Saturday & Sundays deliveries are from 7-11am with pickup around the same time we dropped off your items as we have other deliveries and a route to stick to.
Monday – Friday delivery window is 7-8am only

We will deliver your items the day of your party, delivery window is 7-11am. We will notify you when we are 15 minutes away. We just need a clear path to where we will be dropping off or setting up. (If you are a pet owner we need the area where we will be setting up cleaned)
Pick up is next day around the same time we dropped off. If you rented tables and chairs they must be in the same location we dropped them off. (If they are scattered a $50 fee will apply)
*If no one is home we can’t sit and wait as we have other customers and deliveries scheduled. We will circle back at a later time however there will be a $35 fee to redeliver.
We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp all major credit cards. If paying cash please have exact change as our drivers don’t carry any change. Balance must be paid in full once we arrive with your items. We do give a 1 hr grace period, if payment is not received we will have to go back and collect our items.
Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
If a customer decides to cancel their reservation, they must do so 72 hours (3) days before their reservation day for a refund.
If a customer cancels 48 hours (2) days before their reservation day. Deposit is nonrefundable however you will have credit towards another event withing 180 days. If not used by that time the deposit will be forfeited
If canceling your order the day of the rental and the driver is on site of the delivery location with your items, the customer will be charged the whole rental amount. (as your items were reserved, delivered and ready for set up)
In case of rain or severe weather conditions (winds exceeding 20 mph) customer is allowed to cancel same day without any cancellation fee. Customer must call or text 909-730-4151 before 8am to cancel your order.
In case of drizzle or light rain, we can proceed to deliver your items unless customer cancels. If you decide to proceed with your rental and the weather gets worse bouncers should be turned off for safety reasons.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed on. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with 18″ long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags (additional $20 fee will apply).
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
We use 18″ stakes to anchor the bouncers down. You will need to inform us if you have any underground utilities (gas lines, sprinkler system, septic system, phone lines, etc.) Its the customers responsibility for any damage to underground equipment or landscaping. You can contact DIG ALERT at 811 or 800-422-4133 (we can always anchor your bouncer with sandbags $20 charge)
We are unable to move bouncers tables and chairs up or down any stairs.
Unfortunately we no longer service parks.
Cleaning fee: Food, mud, candy, soda etc. $100
Same day pick up: If you need same day pick we need to schedule you for it as well as a $50 same day pick up. Pick ups start at 5:30pm
Sprinkler fee: If sprinklers are left on and dry bouncers get wet $100
Glitter fee: If glitter is inside the bouncers or slides $80
Lost or damaged equipment, price will vary
Redelivering fee: If you are not home when we deliver or pickup we will have to attempt again at a later time and there’s a $35 fee
